| Do you want to break out of conventions? Instead of regular snacks you will get cacao, PBJs (peanutbutter-jelly-sandwich), marshmallows & co for your coffee break. If the weather allows, there will also be a box with ice-creams. |

| A package with fresh fruits, sandwiches, chocolate bar, drink and a small surprise will be distributed to the participants whilst checking out. This way they are well taken care of on their journey home. Pimp the package with a mini-torch, pocket-knife, sewing-kit or map of Germany and turn the “food package” into a “survival package”. |

| Do you have an artist amongst your participants and you are just not aware of it? Find it out! Every participant receives a small, numbered sheet of paper that can be coloured in or written on. An easel will be prepared during coffee breaks which indicates, where each “work of art” goes to. In the end, you will have produced a unique piece of art. You can either raffle it or put it on display in your own company to trigger memories of the function. |

| Present your logo to your peers and clients in a new fashion – especially during Christmas time! A tasty gingerbread that sports the logo will be remembered for sure! |

| Surprise your female participants with a bag-butler! When using the bag butler there is no risk of losing or leaving a purse or shopping bag while enjoying a meal or drink. Moreover, the button of the bag butler is big enough to brand it with the company`s logo. |

| This is sure to keep the attention: Create a self-made „bingo“ with keywords that are sure to come up within the function. The participant who is able to cross off a line of key words is the winner of the day! |

| Your participants are supposed to learn something for life in their remaining free time? We can help with our cocktail-course: Our bar chef will teach the method of preparation of 3 cocktails to the group. Afterwards everybody will try and evaluate what they have created. Meanwhile, a small snack buffet will encourage creativity and concentration. Afterwards, we will hand out a personalized certificate for every participants to take home. |

| Who has got the most embarassing picture on the driver`s license? An unbiased judge may decide. The participant with the funniest picture receives a present, everybody else will be happy not to have been selected. |

| Inserting a „flying butterfly“ in a letter or a conference binder is an excellent possibility to baffle somebody. The butterfly is wound up and inserted in a letter. Once opened, the butterfly flies out. There are many different motives and colours. |

| Let everybody rewind and energize with a virtual game of tennis or bowling on Nintendo Wii during break time. |
|
| A picture by every participant is needed, completed with name, company, hobby, favourite colour or similar. Those pictures are pinned up in front of the function room to create an overview. |
|
| Every participant is asked to write his/ her characteristic hobby, pet, favourite song or embarrassing experience on an index card. The cards are then shuffled and redistributed. Now, everybody introduces a person according to the information on the index card – the others have to guess who has written which card! |

| Do you want to raise awareness with your invitation? Send it as a message in a bottle, this is a creative idea and a warrant for attention! |

| „Will I get a present once you are back?“ Which parent doesn’t know this innocently asked question? Make it easy for the parents among your function and prepare a box with small presents for children aged 1-10: mini-puzzles, crayons, soft toys, etc. |

| Attach a personalized luggage tag to your next invitation to show you care for them. |

Who does not get tired and less attentive after lunch?? Instead of an after noon nap we recommend a juice-tasting with fresh fruit. The power of vitamins will help your ability to concentrate. |

| Were you ever tempted to ask the chef in a restaurant for his recipe because you just loved a certain dish? Did you ever do it? No? Well, with us you can order the recipe which we will print and personalize with your logo and function title. It is as well an original idea as a home-coming present. |

| Writing the person`s name on the plate is a funny idea and eye catcher, especially with a prearranged seating plan. |
|
| Every participant draws a lot out of the pot: "Man Forges his own Destiny". You should have booked different room categories (standard rooms, Junior Suite, ...) so that your guests really have the chance of winning the jackpot! |

| Fancy a nap? Offer your participants a few hotel bed rooms for taking a nap after lunch. Your participants will be more than grateful, simultaneously you improve their ability to concentrate. |

| With your participants you could also write an “ending story”. During break time we can provide you with a high-quality book. The contact person is asked to start a story which the participants are supposed to carry on. The book can be carried on even while being back in the company. Additionally, snapshots can be taken to complete and document the meeting. |

| A small present as a way of greeting is especially fascinating if it is well hidden in the bed room. Be sure to drop a note where you indicate that the participants are supposed to be looking for something. Pimp up the present with a coloured bow or the company`s logo for easy identification. |

Send every participant a „Welcome Back Home“ postcard to remind them of a successful function, to be delivered at the day of their arrival at home.
